7. Selection of subcontract organisations on a competitive basis for performance of separate types of works and suppliers of materials.
11. Control and supervision of the work performance under contract and subcontract agreement, performance of obligations before the customer as to providing work quality as well as obligations stipulated under the contracts.
12. Performance organisation erection supervision work and adjusting and start-up procedures.
