Our company is using a variety of raised floors for the projects. Raised floors made it possible to hide major supply lines, making them easily reached any time. We are using HUIJIA Access Floor Factory products – this corporation is the leading manufacturer of high-quality fire and moisture resistant raised floors for any type of premises. HUIJIA products are certified (certificates are attached herewith). Raised floors systems having high service performance standards are used to outfit premises of all types. Office premises are equipped with upper finishing coverage free plates. Raised floors may be exposed to moisture, or heavy loads moved over the surface, or to mechanical damages during construction works performed.

Steel plates can resist mechanical damages, influence of water or other atmospheric phenomena. Thanks to screw fastening of the plates to the footings, raised floors can be repeatedly dismounted to install under-floor supply lines. Consequences of unqualified dismounting (instability of the plates, height discontinuity or unwanted sound) are thus excluded.

Modular carpet is used as a finish coat in public rooms and sites. The surface of the raised floor pretreated with fixing coat is covered with plates of the modular carpet. Fixing coat is protecting plates of the modular carpet from undesired horizontal displacements, at the same time enabling fast and easy dismantling of the separate plates which provides free access to the engineering space under the raised floor.

Steel plates with finish antistatic PVC or laminated coating are used in the engineering and utility services rooms. This construction is reinforced with steel lengthwise beams, which increases its load bearing characteristics. Plates are supplied with additional static electricity tapping circuit owing to inbuilt conducting edge which frames the panel along its perimeter. Air grating and perforated plates of the raised floor can be mounted to the false floor surface. Flexible moulding is laid down along the perimeter of the room which makes dismounting of the panels easy at any place. Raised floors system special feature is Panel-Lock tiedown system. Plate is immediately fixed to the footing which can guarantee ultimate stability and endurance. And that means that in any event if heavy load is used, endurance and stability can be guaranteed. Probability of formation a free play as well as structural elements is nearly eliminated, while under-floor space can be easily reached. This constructive method literally creates a sense of reliability under your feet. When raised floors are being mounted the plates are fixed with 4 screws to the heads of the footing so that the whole system is assembled as one stable unit. Unique characteristics of the raised floors system enable avoiding panels damaging which can happen due to the effect of water or atmospheric moisture (there is no panel deformation or expansion). In case of fire raised floors do not inflame fire or emit smoke. Raised floors system has high load-bearing capacity: in construction with FS

2000 panel the loads are as follows: pin load is 8 KN, distributed load is 50 KN!If mounted in the northern or other engineering and utility services rooms steel raised floors are forming additional shielding harness.

Period of service of the construction is 50 (fifty) years.
