Maintenance of office and uninhabited premises is a difficult multileveled production process which involves several stages. Interior furnishing service is one of the most important stages which comprise a full spectrum of constructive activities, with preparation to each made in advance:

  • preliminary work : dismounting, preparation, partition walls and floor installation;
  • stone works: brick internal partition walls, foam concrete blocks, gypsum partition blocks, plaster blocks etc.
  • plasterworks: plastering of the walls and ceiling, window and door splays, with a lath preliminary installed and walls processed with concrete or other material; scrids and L-steels installation, with the specialized sizing of interpenetration processing followed;
  • painting: walls and ceiling filling and flattening, various kinds of a painting lath or glass-fibre mat is applicable.
  • Associated works comprise a huge spectrum of preliminary and specialized works, for example, metal frame internal partitions installation with gypsum board coverage and warmth-keeping and noise insulation tray. Such works can be applied for the ceiling instalment or multilevel ceilings with decorative elements. Various made-up frame ceilings with different function decorative plates applied also belong to this group.

    List of jobs is extensive and is defined depending on demands and wishes of each customer, according to the selected variant of premises interior furnishing.

    Woodwork and carpenters works are performed after preliminary work; these can be plywood decking followed by parquet placing, decking of parquet board, massive board, carpet and other coverage. They comprise window and door frames installation with finish hardware joint, furniture assembling and other associated activities connected with wood and woodwork application.

    Final stage of finishing is surface painting. Terms of the further use of the premises, their sanitary-and-hygienic condition and physical configuration depend on the quality of painting. Surfaces may be painted only after they have been prepared in advance.

    All the construction-related works with the exception of parquet-flooring and floor cloth putting should be finished before painting. Besides, heating and water supply system as well as sanitary piping and indoor wiring systems should be installed and tested. Window and door cases should be installed and firmly fixed, glazing of crossbars and door panels and dividing walls should be finished (if doors glazing is provided), carpet and counter floors for parquet should be decked, cases must be nailed down.

    Plastered surfaces can be processed and painted only after full drying. Percentage of water in plaster should not exceed 8%. Watery plaster contains free alkali which will achromatize colouring ingredients and can cause damage.

    Places where plaster coat is thick are darker coloured, but areas that seem to be dry can contain residual moisture. We can apply a simple method with the help of a piece of a foil firmly set and fixed to the wall (sized 0.2×0.2 m) to identify such areas. Residual moisture appears the next day as a condensate on the side of a foil which is in contact with the surface. In such case it is necessary to wait until surfaces dry before starting to process.

    Plastered surface should be cleared from dust, mortar splashes and runbacks, surface roughness should be smoothed, and small cracks should be pointed and plastered to the depth of at least 2 mm for the better linkage.

    Wooden construction should be firm and solid. Wood moisture should not exceed 12 %, knots and gum spots are necessary to be cut down for 2-3 mm deep and plugged by the first coat.

    Steel constructions are cleared from rust and scale. Painting of pipes and water supply equipment is performed after water removal only.

    We can guarantee high quality, reliability and complete performance of contractual terms for performing finishing jobs.
